Jaclyn Ann Kvasnicka was a U.S. Army Reservist with 422 MP Company. On Labor Day weekend in 2014, a drunk driver killed the 27-year-old Bakersfield native on Rosedale Highway as she and her friends drove home from a Blades baseball game. Two of the women, Jaclyn and 22-year-old Pavinder Claire, were killed. Jessica Magee suffered severe burns. The three women were co-workers at Kern Schools Federal Credit Union.
